INVERTA®
Anatomical limitations of the anterior maxilla often require implant tilting or a grafting procedure.
Implant tilting often requires severe angle correction at the prosthetic level, which can lead to aesthetic complications and/or soft tissue issues.
The INVERTA® implant is an innovation with a “body-shift™” design that allows immediate placement and stabilization of the implant in the palatine bone thanks to its macro-coils.
Its reduced coronal chamber optimizes bone and gingival development to provide long-term natural aesthetics.

The INVERTA® implant represents the latest state-of-the-art technology from Southern Implants and is designed to optimize the esthetics of immediate extraction-implantation cases in the anterior sector.
The INVERTA® helps clinicians achieve optimized aesthetics for their patients with its innovative Body-Shift™ design.
The narrowing of the coronary part makes it possible to limit the compression on the vestibular cortex and therefore the bone and tissue resorption. This gives the opportunity to achieve long term natural looking aesthetics.
The narrowing of the coronary part makes it possible to limit the compression on the vestibular cortex and therefore the bone and tissue resorption. This gives the opportunity to achieve long term natural looking aesthetics.
It has macro-spirals in the apical zone allowing to obtain a first level of primary stability with an anchorage in the palatine bone then a widening on the middle part (Body-shift™) to block against the walls of the the socket and therefore achieve essential primary stability during immediate loading.

Prosthetic Benefits
Technical characteristics
-
Ideal for immediate placement after extraction.
-
Aggressive threading in the apical part designed for better primary stability.
-
The narrow coronal portion creates a chamber for bone growth promoting greater soft tissue volume.
-
60° coronal thread to avoid soft tissue irritation during the bone remodeling phase.
-
Minimal instrumentation.
-
Using high strength grade 4 commercially pure titanium with fatigue strength >900Mpa.
-
The SInergy™ surface with 20 years of clinical research has consistently shown excellent results.
-
The Co-Axis® 12° provides the ideal prosthetic platform for screw-retained restorations.
-
Predictable anterior aesthetics.
-
Reduced lab and component costs.
-
Allows the use of standard prosthetic components in internal and external connections.
-
INVERTA® implants are available in the External Hex and Deep Conical ranges.
-
The implants are also available in a 12° Co-Axis® version with integrated subcrestal angle correction.
-
Based on the widest section of the implant (Body-shift® design), the coronal part is 50:50 with the apical part.
-
The External Hex connection features ø3.5 and ø4.2 coronal diameters with 4.5 and 5.0mm diameters in the widest midsection.
-
The External Hex connection uses the IBN ø3.43 and IB ø4.0 restoration platforms.
-
The Deep Conical connection features ø3.6 and ø4.0 coronal diameters with 4.5 and 4.0mm diameters in the widest midsection.
-
Deep Conical uses the ø4.0 restorative platform (blue).
-
The lengths available for standard INVERTA® implants are 10, 11.5, 13 and 15mm and 11.5, 13 and 15mm for INVERTA® Co-Axis® implants.
